What the workspace stores

When you submit a trip, TripCadence stores your signed-in account identifier, email, travel dates, destination, preferences, itinerary and messages in the site’s database. Your account can view its own trips; the authorized concierge can manage them.

Do not provide passport numbers, payment details, health information, information about children, or sensitive documents. Share only general travel preferences.

How your information is used

Your details are used to review your request and plan your trip. This site does not automatically send them to travel suppliers, make bookings, charge you, or send text messages. You can contact tripcadencesupport@gmail.com about correcting or removing your information.

Human-led service

A submitted request is not an accepted service or a reservation. Scope, timing, fees and any separate terms must be agreed before service begins. Hours and response times are not guaranteed. This is not an emergency service; contact your travel provider directly for urgent disruptions.

Prices and availability can change. An itinerary idea or approval request is not a confirmation. Confirmations are entered manually by the concierge and should be checked against the supplier’s confirmation.

Connected features

ChatGPT is used for sign-in. Live flight, hotel and restaurant availability, automated monitoring, SMS and calendar-account connections are not enabled. Crowd levels and seasonal guidance require sourced research; no live crowd heatmap is available. Calendar downloads create a snapshot; they do not update automatically.
